Our Open-Work Diamond Pavé Grillz bring a sharp, sculpted look to a removable custom grill set. Each tooth features an open center framed by a continuous precision pavé of bright, carefully set diamonds—giving you maximum diamond presence while keeping the design light, detailed, and different.

Every stone is selected in VVS clarity and DEF color, then set with refined micro-prongs to keep the metal discreet and let the diamonds do the talking. Excellent-cut diamonds deliver crisp facets, strong light return, and that sharp iced-out finish from every angle.

Each upper and lower grill is built as one solid piece with discreet connections between the teeth for strength, a clean fit, and easy wear. It gives the look of individually styled diamond teeth without needing anything permanently attached.

Available in sterling silver 925, or 10K, 14K, and 18K yellow gold, white gold, or rose gold. Made to order from your dental impression for a secure, comfortable custom fit.

Please visit your dentist, have them take a digital scan, and ask for the file in STL or 3DM format. Then upload it below.
