Refund Policy

All sales are final. We only accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date if the product is defective.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be unworn and in its original packaging. If we judge that the item(s) was intentionally damaged, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for special and custom orders. We do not refund deposits on special and custom orders if the work has started.

If you can confirm the above requirements, please contact us to begin the return/exchange process.

Once we receive your information, we will contact you with an RA number that must be written in clear view on the returned box.

If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be processed at our facilities once it has been delivered. Once processed, you will be notified via email. Refunds can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to appear in your bank account once they have been processed.
